1. CANCELLATION POLICY

2. Check-in / Check-out POLICY

Guests must be at least 18 years old to check in at our hotel.

Check-in time: 14:00, Check-out time: 12:00

3. ACCOMMODATION POLICY

For families staying at our facility:

* Children aged 0-6 years stay free of charge.
* Second child aged 0-6 years receives a 50% discount.
* Children aged 7-12 years receive a 50% discount.
* All children aged 13 and above are considered adults and charged full price.

Since hotel policies regarding early check-in (usually before 14:00) or late check-out (usually after 12:00) vary according to hotel occupancy, please call the hotel directly before your arrival to make the necessary arrangements. Yes. If your travel plans change, you can cancel or modify your reservation according to the cancellation policy specified during the booking at Anadolu Hotels Esenboğa Thermal.

If you do not cancel your reservation, unfortunately, a minimum one-night room charge and tax will be deducted from the credit card provided at the time of booking. Therefore, you may also have additional obligations that you accepted during the reservation confirmation.
